Bird Scooter Laws on the Horizon
While the Bird user agreement is comprehensive, state and city laws apply to its operation in each market. Given that Bird scooters did not seek Raleigh City Council’s approval before arriving, local lawmakers are currently working on finalizing regulations. The proposed outline states that if Bird follows the rules, they will be able to remain operating through July 31st of next year.
